Meeting Exchange direct SIP trunk failure.

No need to apologise Matt, grateful for your help. I'll have a play tomorrow now but the good news is the customer might be about to put their hand in their pocket so might just need to limp on for a couple of months. And you have a better memory than me...

Meeting Exchange direct SIP trunk failure.

Matt - you have lost me. Grateful if you get a chance to explain that a little? Why do you think a database would screw the SIP trunk?

Meeting Exchange direct SIP trunk failure.

Matt, the CRS was upgraded from 2003 to 2008, not 2012. The back up server is the one that has been upgraded to 2008 and now the SIP trunk fails. The master is still on 2003 and works but is non-compliant.

    Prevent ringer volume changes

Thanks Tom, very creative idea. I am actually doing a low tech version. I have run a bridged analogue to their booths and am going to plug in a loud warbler rather than a phone.

    Prevent ringer volume changes

Messing around with the button will also prevent them altering the reception volume. And it's Terry Tate's phone. I ain't breaking it.

    Prevent ringer volume changes

OK. I'll give in. They'll have to have analogue phones if they're going to keep messing around. Thanks all.

    Prevent ringer volume changes

Tried a big stick with nails in the end. Didn't work. Any other ideas?

    Prevent ringer volume changes

Hi, I need to set a group of 96xx phones to maximum ringer volume and lock them there, preventing the users from lowering or muting the previously set volume. I have set up a group in the 46xxsettings.txt file and have successfully prevented the phones from fully muting the ringer by setting...
