I created Hunt Group with 3 members for incoming calls (1000,1001,1002) sequentially , if the user 1000 busy the calls forwarded to the extension 1001 then 1002.
I need to the calls ring firstly to the station 1000 even if busy and then if no answer go to the next member in the group...

Thanks jhall123, its working now, but there are another problem that there is a gab about one hours in time calculating by contactstore, if the call made in 3:00 PM, it will receive in 4:00 PM in the contactstore.
