Found that this is the order to install the software. Step 1. Install 2.4.1 build 314. Step 2. Reboot. Step 3. Browse to C:\Program Files (x86)\Avaya\BCMS Vu and delete the folder BCMRD_Backup Step 4. Install 2.4.7 build 322. Should be good to go.
