Out of curiosity, I did the same test on several other PBX's in the network to see what I could see.
They ALL fail these same tests and all give the same error code.
All of the other systems work flawlessly so I suspect my issue lies elsewhere.

That being said, there are indeed differences between a Definity and Communications Manager.

I have run into issues with cell phones getting warble in the middle of touch tones causing them to "double strike" a tone.

Assuming that you are using DCS+ (ISDN based DCS), have you populated page 2 of the Signaling group form? On the Route Pattern screen do you heve the TSCs enabled? Within the Trunk Group, do you have a NCA-TSC Trunk Member: value entered?
