Good morning, We currently have Voicemail Pro and IPO Manager installed on a small Dell server which we have some serious concerns for due to the fact the little rack server has no redundancy built into the hard drive or power supply. This Dell server is what our local vendor provided to us...

Thanks everyone for your assistance and @TouchToneTommy thanks a million for the screen shot. Picture is definitely worth a thousand words. Working perfectly now.

External callers are dropped if they dial an unrecognized extension.

Well, we have a few empty incoming routes. The *9200 is our auto attendant. When a caller calls in, they get the auto attendant but if they dial an extension that does not exist, the caller gets disconnected/dropped.

Yes it does look promising. Would we have access to the release or is that something only our vendor would have to do? Thanks.

one-X Portal Conversation History displaying UTC instead of local time.

We are on Version: 9.1.6.0 build 11. Do have a link to a changelog or something else that mentions the call history fixes? We really appreciate your posting here. Two of our vendors appear clueless regarding this issue. Thanks.

one-X Portal Conversation History displaying UTC instead of local time.

Thanks for responding to our lonely thread. :) IP Office Manager says Version 9.1.6.0 build 153. Is that the release? Joe

one-X Portal Conversation History displaying UTC instead of local time.

Good morning, We have an issue with the call logs in our one-X Portal for our 7 remote users. Our IPO was recently upgraded from version 7.x to version 9.x. The call log entries appear to be using UTC time (they are off by exactly 4 hours) instead of the local EDT. All of our remote employees...
