Thanks MR Mitel. I went to the station service assignment form, and changed the settings to match all the others. Im not sure what each class number represents, but its worked. Thanks allot.
I just plugged a normal analogue phone into that same port. I can receive calls, but when I dial a number I end up with a long drawn out tone playing on the handset.
No, there is no negotiation with another modem when dialling out. It doesn't get that far, no ring ring, no pickup , no negotiation, just "No Carrier" I tried 9600 and 14400 with and without error correction.

The dial string starts with ATDT9 which is the same as all the other phones in the office, All using 9 to get a trunk. I can hear the modem dialling. Yes it is plugged in to ONS port 1.

Ive been thrown in the deep end. Our fax line stopped sending to local number a few months ago and about a month ago stopped sendind to any number at all. I have a Fax modem plugged into the ONS 1 port at the back of the Mitel 3300.
