Haha, love the signature :D. The dial string starts with ATDT9 which is the same as all the other phones in the office, All using 9 to get a trunk. I can hear the modem dialling. Yes it is plugged in to ONS port 1.

A little bit more information. The error on the modem at the moment is "No Carrier Detected". Also incoming faxes are working just fine.
