@ kwbMitel - The calls do not use voicemail or use AA. The reason why 100 is forwarded to the ring group is to allow an out of hours divert. Currently the ring group does not use an overflow point. Thanks, dasdam3300- dasdam3300

Hi, Looking for some help. When calling a ddi we have a speedcall going to a multi call(100) which is diverted to a ring group . When the ext(member of ring group) receives a call the display shows the telephone number then name FROM 100 Always Example 1111111 Mitel FROM 100 ALWAYS I...- dasdam3300
