    I found the problem. I had allocated the SYSOUT DD with the wrong LRECL & BLKSIZE.

    I am invoking an external program. I have allocated and loaded SYSIN and allocated SYSOUT but when I invoke the program using: Address TSO "CALL *(EMCTF)" I get a -12 RC. I even tried hardcoding the library where the program exists and get the same result.
