Guys having real issues with 5320's working at remote sites now that we have gone to MCD5.0.
Our sites are all within our private network and they use the Teleworker option with the private IP of the controller to communicate and get their upload.
However on going to MCD5.0 the 5320 handsets...
We have a customer SIP server co located in our premises so they are just point-point between the MITEL and SIP server. i have asked the SIP server provider for info on what digits they are sending but awaiting response.
also i dont think it is a SIP only issue as i have MITEL IP trunks running...

would using the 'associated directory number' form make it any easier?
You could associate the 4 digit exten number to the 3 digit. Not sure if it would work for your scenario but had a problem with CPN the other day and used this form to modify the outgoing number so it would send 4 digits...
