Have had this issue before but lost the notes on how to turn it off. You can lock out trunk groups with the console and has happened at one of my locations. The light above the top left button shouldn't be lite red. Anyone know the key sequence to turn it off...

The router IP address changed at the remote location. I can ping the phone system from the phone.

Had an IP phone working at a remote location. Some changes to the network were made at the remote location. The phone will not register now. When I connect it at main location it works correctly. Any ideas?

Yes Curly everything goes to AA

In the display it shows the incoming caller ID and H251, have tried other target lines, does the same

Hawks when the call comes in it does a short ring on line 168 then goes to voicemail. When you dial ext from AA it comes in on the intercom key.

Curly it's a half ring then AA pick ups Cook all the lines are set to none for prime except for the line I am trying to send to fax machine

Ok curly first of thanks for the help All the above is set correctly This is a new PRI install from standard CO lines, all CO's went to AA except for fax lines that were wired direct to them. So I tried to send a target number to a standard digital station and it rings 1 time and goes to AA.

Yes curly feature 983, AA, Lines, and went to line 168 that I have that rec # setup, made it no. That was the first thing I did but still goes to AA.
