Thx Amriddle, I checked our PRI settings and TWTelecom only sends 4 digits so I have everything configured properly on my end. I knew the announcement was from TW I just wasnt sure I had it configured properly. I have opened a ticket with TWT. DigitalID, I get paid for what I do. I...- ehask71
