The CDR records are searchable by DN but as the records are all logged against the Agent ID it will not help!
Looks like they will have to continue with the tick sheets.
ACD user takes ACD calls and normal DDI calls to DN on phone. All calls are logged as ACD since all I/C CDR records are posted against Agent Posn of set (Key 0 ).Client wishes to see how many DDI calls and how many ACD calls taken.
Any ideas how to seperate records.
