    Hi, I have new 1603-SW whose redial hard button won't work Firmware version: ha1603b10526vs.bin System: IPO 500 v1 with 5.0(24) When I press the button, it beeps, but nothing is done... I can not see the last number dialed... My customer insists that they need the button to work, but I do not...
