I am trying to out a handset and get the error "(SCH8783) The monitored or monitoring set cannot be moved or copied."
I did a print to make sure that it wasn't monitored by anyone/anything else, and it claimed to be monitored by my handset - it was once upon a time, but not for several months...
OK untill I can trace what the heck is up with my random status feature keys (despite them being nulled!) I have got down the Ld 15 BFS_CFW NO route.
My vendor didn't know that feature was there, which seems odd considering they are a big Nortel vendor :S
This still isn't as nice as what I had before.
I **KNOW** for a fact there is a feature, as I was using it to monitor when people in my team were on the phone.
However an outtage means we've lost it, and I can't remember what it was we did to set things up.

We plan to use something from Nortel, our vendor supplied it. We just refer to it as Nortel Call Recording or NCR.

I want a clerk to see when a director is busy - but not have the ability to have his calls forwarded... the BFS, if pressed by the clerk means the director's calls all go to her - I only want her to see if he's on the line or not.
