Does anyone know if there is a limit to the number of Link IDs that Symposium supports?
I've combed through the CC7 and AACC documentation and I don't see where a limit is defined in any of the guides that discuss Meridian Link Services, including the Planning and Engineering Guide.
Well there you go. Thanks Sandymyl. Call by Call parameters are in the Historical Statistics section so you would think they would work. I'll look up that statement in the Reports and Display guide and let the customer know. Thanks again.
I'm logged into Symposium Express as "sysadmin". When I go to reports, I don't see Call by Call Statistics listed. I verified "sysadmin" is part of the "admingroup" access class. Any thoughts why I can't see Call by Call reports?
Thanks guys. Yes there are media gateways in other parts of town and in other cities so I will ask IT department if QOS is implemented or if it is just using a VLAN.
