I figured it out.
The DCNO and IDC prompt have to be answered when building a new name for the DN. Once built you have to out and rebuild in order to enter a DNIS name for the IDC.

When I put in 2200 I get SCH2115 "CPND name does not exist"
-This is the incoming digits therefore not a valid DN
When I put in 4010 I get SCH5290 "Invalid or undefined IDC input detected"

This is my first exposure to release 6.0. I am trying to add a DNIS name in LD 95. My IDC table converts 2200 to 4010. In LD 95 I enter DCNO - 1 then the IDC prompt gives me a SCH5290 when entering the DN. Any suggestions?

Make sure your DNS server matches what is in the FQDN field of CP found in Messaging - Message Network Configuration click on your server name and then click Show Details.
The name in this field is the name in host file and needs to match the DNS entry. I had the same issue at a customer's site...
