    No answers have been forthcoming so my customer has had to live with the situation. Even Microsoft gave up after their support people tried to resolve it remotely.

    Thanks for the suggestion. However, I am not able to tell if it meets minimum FIPS-140 encryption standard which is a requirment for my customer. I will continue to check to see if I can find out though.

    Outlook 2007 hangs when selecting Contacts or Tasks

    User has Outlook 2007 on Windows XP PC and Windows Vista laptop. No problems on the PC but Outlook hangs on the laptop if you select the Contacts or Tasks tabs. Accessing the Contacts through Tools -> Address Book works fine. CPU for Outlook.exe stays at 50% or thereabouts. Using Outlook...
