Yes verified phone has 2 ext, and when manually entering F986 it still puts caller on hold tried different CO lines as well. Is there somewhere in programming that wont allow a VM trans??? Cant find a difference when compairing to another 7324 that is working.

Manually or with the programmed key it puts the caller on hold, display reads no party selected. This is on a 7324 and it has 2 intercom buttons. Identical to another 7324 that works.

SO relieved I did not have to rebuild all the boxes!!! Logged into F983 then pressed 5 it showed only 1 ch I changed to 2 and was able to reset passwords all is good customer and myself are greatful for the quick response on here. Thank you, thank you!

Yes. 0000 and 1020000 to get into F983.

Have a MICS flash vm system and the all mailboxes are locked they are able to recieve but unable to login. Reset system and no difference. Are able to go into F983 and reset password for every phone, delete, and rebuild still unable for user to login. AA works normal. Help!

On system or should I say on a 7100, 7208, ect... You can dial F981 to get to VM. How do you get to VM on an analog set (teledex)??? I know when you call into the CCR you can push **981 and get in that way. What I need is to program a soft key so that the customer can get in with the one button...
