We can connect to the BCM and the IP phone registers, we can call to any ext but they cannot hear and we cannot hear them. When we call the IP Phone via the DID it rings and we can talk.

We have a BCM50 rls 3.0 and a i1140e with KEM unit but the KEM unit does not light up. This is the first time I have installed the KEM and was not sure if it should light up. Do I have a bad KEM or is there somewhere in programming that allows this?
The Link vendor says that there is a 9. I opened the BCM Monitor but the area where the trunks are shows no available lines. Is there some other area where it show the active calls. I have opened up BCM Monitor on newer softwares and it does show the lines and calls being made.

Installed languages but no voice prompts are coming up what could be the problem. All ports look ok but we cannot get the voice mail to speak. Could it be a bad language CD?
