Thanks for the reply.. I was thinking more along the lines of a NRS problem.. and after I reset the NRS this morning everthing came back up. So maybe we had a network glitch but I would think that it would connect back.. Who knows.

ok... I have many sites and one admin site that host all of my pri.. Did upgrade to 5.5 this weekend and everything worked great all sites communicated and were working.. This morning I get a call stating that one of my sites are down.. Here is the issue... ALL TDM phones can call all sites...
I think I got it working right.. I adjusted the Automatic Gain control and wow what a difference. My audio was on 10 and I bumped it down to 6 1/2 and it sounds pretty good.
Ok.... Got it working after a few trail and errors.
One more question what if I don't have a USB headset..
I just have a headset that plugs into the mic and speakers plugs..??
go to nodes and which ever sig server your phones are on.. Click on Virtual Terminal.. Type in your login ID and UserName
It should then bring up a Prompt

If you want to reset just one phone you can do it by TN, IP, or just do all...
