    I do have fedbquery, but KenMeans is right no gui. I removed all entries of my account out of fedb.mdb restarted the messaging service and now my VM works. Thanks for all your input. It helped guide my way.

    We have the Basic Call Manager package which does not support the Staffed Agents logic. I ended up removing the Hunt-Group and adding it back. This fixed the problem I was having. Thanks for all your suggestions folks.
