    Do a search for *.mdb files inside x:\Program Files\Nortel Networks|Wclient Make sure that all folders containing any .mdb files have authenticated users added with FULL access and that none of the folders have any "unknown" users.

    Verify that Windows Firewall is not blocking multicast/unicast ports. Either turn off firewall or use SWC 4.5 Security Guide (applies to CCMA 6.0) to get list of UDP ports that need to be excluded.

    Don't just reinstall yet. Go to x:\Program Files\Nortel Networks|Wclient\Apps\ Right click on Common Icedb folder Add authenticated users full access to the Icedb folder
