Have you tried changing the printer settings in your Micros Control Panel. There is a tab for "devices" and then an icon for "devices. There you can change your printer settings. There is also under "system" tab "restaurant" icon where you can set up your default "server" printer. Good Luck!

I have tried and keep getting an error. It just stops and has a failed box with an ok. I click that and then it gives me no real info on why. Am I missing something?
