    Thank you all for the support, To get this to work, I had to create a SDN in Callpilot and then associate the Application Name to Voice Messaging. After that, all worked fine. Thanks again everyone.

    Symposium Express Password retry count

    I noticed that several GRTD users have their Desktop Password retry count set to 0. Other agents have 6653. Users who have their count to 0 can not login. Does this setting need to be changed and if so, how do you change it?
