Thanks all for your input , i managed to sort this out by changing the last SEL digit to 2(for ECF i.e external follow me allowed). The phone(doing the divert) also has to be a member of the Hunt .
Many thanks

I have tried to create an ADN for a huntgroup follow me but it is not working( I get 'failed' when i press the key) i.e A22A67160B1075B . 1075 is an abbreviated dial for the external number . The class of Service for the phone is ok . When i try this on the switchboard , it works fine but not on...
Have you thought about a follow me ?
In the UK to initiate a follow me : *2*groupnumber*destination#
End follow me : #2*groupnumber#
The phone which are doing this operations would need to be a supervisor phone i.e something like this : kscac:dir=ext number,serv=121512000
Hope this helps...
I have been using Performance Presentation Manager to get Switchboard stats. There seemed to be a difference in the total number of calls(Answered and Abandoned) in Overall Operator Traffic; DIR=ALL and Distribution of incoming calls:CORG=all. They essentially should be the same for the same...
Could someone point me in the right direction regarding dropped calls. It's an ACD setup and this problem never existed before. External callers are getting cut-off mid conversation. My provider has not been of much help - circuits are supposed to be 'fine'...

There was a post about this some time back...this is what i picked up , quite useful:
A basic group can be set up using this command:
GHGRI:GRP=xxxx,TRAF=15,QUE=yy,SERV=10000,SEL=110000;
xxxx is the number you wish to use, this must be a free number in the extension range.
yy is the queue...
Hi guys , could someone point me in the right direction regarding CQ Codes. Are the function keys involved (soft keys at the top of phone) when these are being input or just punch in the codes as the agents are on the phone :-(

Thanks whosrdaddy ! I was just thinking that since you can have around 75 ACD positions on a LIM and around 250 acd memebers (not sure about the figures ..) then by making a LIM which is almost full a back up , then the system would somehow not allow this ? Just a thought...

Hi guys
When you do an ACD Back up to another LIM, am i right to assume that the phones do not need to be set up (i.e have the same acd buttons ?) . How does the Backup affect the 2nd LIM I i.e capacity, licences etc
Many thanks

I'm trying to run an update query but it is returning zero records , i have tried changing the fields the other way round but it does not seem to work , any ideas what the problem is ?

DrewMK2, if it is a broadcast address the gateway will almost certainly not allow you to configure on an interface , the problem ( i stand to be corrected ) may be related to tftp configuration- filenames paths etc or incorrect subnet configuration .

Hi guys,
We have sinced established the problem was with the signalling btwn the voice mail and the md110.Both ends of the link were reset and it seems to be holding out so far.
On the subject of the transfer type , we are using monitor at the moment as it helps retain control of the call if...
Thanks guys i will check that with the remote site for the Onebox, since we changed Parnum 139 and set it to 0 , there has been less complains , also restarted voice channels over the weekend ...stable , hope it stays that way fingers crossed .

Sorry about the ambiguity(sp)
Here goes , we have external callers calling a call centre . They are provided with a list of options (IVR) before they are directed to the right ACD group (manned by agents). The agents are reporting 'Tone Sender On' as the ACD LED/light goes on , it takes approx...
