Cisco and Shoretel
I have done it via Sip Trunk also. For the most part it worked like a charm, however we did have problems with Find Me and External assignment working through the SIP trunk (Cisco used the real trunks, ShoreTel just has SIP running from SHoreTel). "Find Me" feature on a Cisco phone system
I am just coming back into Cisco telphony from a three year break working with ShoreTel. One thing I am trying to figure out how to configure on my Cisco phone is "Find Me" where someone can press 1 when they get to my voice-mail and the Cisco phone system will try to find me on my cell phone...- jrphillips
