Is there any way to lock the volume setting on user handsets? I am wanting to make it so the user can not turndown the volume so they can hear pages over the handsets.

I looked at the phone and did the following
logged in through f981
option 8 for admin
option 2 greetings or cancel call forwarding
option 3 setup or cancel call forwarding
then turned it off
But it still shows the transf on the report for the extension
any ideas
I followed all the steps and removed the outbound transfer option however in the report it still show the transf to the unknown phone number I'm just trying to find the location of the transf to remove the number

I've setup everything to receive faxes in outlook and all works normal. However, I would like to have 1 extension receive 2 fax lines. Currently only 1 line is setup in the express messaging box in cp.
