Problem seems to be solved. Microsoft kb288167 describes something like this. I had dcdiag errors too, so i reset kerberos password and it seems to be good for now. http://support.microsoft.com/kb/288167

Unfortunately the problem still exists. I'm running sniffer to check what is happening on the network. I was advised to check switches configuration to see if anything is ok, but i'm doubt of that advise. No changes were made intentionally to switches.
