I've had a hunt through the IP OFfice and Voicemail Pro manuals but can't find any mention of the lifespan of a voicemail.
I would assume that a voicemail left in a users box would remain until deleted. It would be automatically removed after say 1 month would it?
I unticked the Voice Recording Library box and selected an extension as the mailbox but nothing appears. The extension I used doesn't actually point to a handset it's just an ext with no destination.

I've been asked to add a global announcement so that all incoming callers to each ICR will hear the same "We are closed for Xmas" message.
Is there anyway to do this in a single part of the system rather that doing it per ICR?

Hey Tom, I've just added this and tried it but it still asks twice.
If I dial the shortcode it only asks once, it only asks twice when I come from the ICR
