    FYI - This is how you can find and check the certificate. Please check the following path on MAS to view the Certificate file. C:\Program Files\Avaya Modular Messaging\OpenSSL\AVA\certchain.crt file Open the cert and Check the expiration date. Thanks for everyones assistance.

    Thanks avayauser. I realize that I probably do not need to update the license, but there must be some way to tell what license I have or when it expires like you can with Communication Manager.

    Should have put the version in, sorry. We have 3.1 that we just upgraded to in June of 2008. I think we are ok, but I would like to go to my boss with the actual date of expiration. Thanks again.

    Thanks Ken, Yes I did. In fact it looks like it was saved in the wrong format. After changing the format it is working like a charm now. I used the OHV live mode to see that it was not playing the prompts. Thanks for your help and replies!

    Any ideas? I also just tried setting up a Caller app that is unable to transfer to ext. It identifies the ext correctly but gives a message that states 'This is not a valid mailbox'. Geez, I thought this would be easy! :-) Alan

    When I dial the main number, it does go to the extension specified on the Receptionist tab under the Telephone User Interface. I just can't seem to get it to go through the Auto Attendant prompts. Hmmm. Any Ideas?? Alan
