Hi Monty, thanks for the reply. We are considering both, but have little knowledge of sip/analog gateways in production. There is a potential large cost saving for us to go the 3rd party sip/analog route.
Anybody using SIP/analog gateways to integrate a fairly high volume analog phones into Avaya CM/SM?
We have about 400 analog sets which need to stay as such for the foreseeable future. Any insight would be very welcome.

Do you guys know if there is a way to delete the SM/SIP account in Session Manager and leave the associated CM account/extension untouched? The issue is we created a lot of the current users in SMGR/SM and now just want to administer them as H323 accounts in CM.

I schedule several reports in the ASA, but how do i view what i have scheduled, or cancel or delete a scheduled report? They do not show up in "Fault and Performance data Polling Schedule.
