I know we could do it with the extension data file, but we want to deactivate it by default so the user has not to deactivate it for themselves.

2. call coverage to 1004
3. call coverage from st 1004 to st 1001 then AUDIX

At the moment I'm stuck with step 2. Station 1004 rings and rings but the coverage path from st 1004 isn't used.
