Thanks. The standoffs do not fit the new drive. The holes are smaller. New standoffs use to come with drive. I guess they are trying to save money by not including them.

When someone pages, and you are on the phone with an internal or external call, you can hear part of the page . It like it is bleeding through internal to the IP Office users. An outside caller never hears it. The whole page does not come through. What comes through is just portions of the page...

When Phones are answered you hear a number being dialed. I think it is sending a code to transfer it somewhere..?????? Maybe a group or Voice Mail Group???? Cover group or calling group problem I believe???

Are these on the analog module board? A certain version had issues like that on CO lines. It sounds similar to what you have but on your paging. I think it needed to be Version 24 or higher?? I can't remember the version #.

Are all 4 phones on the same card? Is a line ringing when you have the noise or just the phone itself? Have you pulled out the Co lines from the cards to see if the ringing stops? I have had a 308 go bad and cause this. I also just had a processor cause this. Power down and pull out the 308...
