    Have you solved this problem? I am new to the forum and have the same error. I have been back & forth with CA to no avail. Do I need to reinstall? Backup speed varies greatly. Can not get rid of the UUID error.

    VPN Worked fine last week, now error 691!

    Firewall: Outsourced VPN Server: NT 4.0 Something changed somewhere, but where? Try to VPN into the corporate LAN and we're hit with the 691 error. We didn't change anything here. Could it be the firewall? The router? WE used this last week, it worked fine.
