My SIP Trunks are working for inbound and outbound calls. Vitelity is the provider and for incoming calls the address is inbound6.vitelity.net and for outgoing it is outgoing.vitelity.net
However, I think my success is partially due to luck as opposed to the circuit being configured correctly...
@intrigrant - so in general 1+10 digits is the norm and if I'm in a locale using 7 digit dialing I should plan on appending the SC myself to add the digits and be done with it?
@intrigrant - I previously set that SC up and it works, just trying to understand and of the mindset the provider should make that correction. Working is better than understanding sometimes.
@Okkie26 - I figured I could add the necessary digits in ARS however the whole E.164 is lost on me and was hoping there was a fix other than adding 1+Area Code in ARS or Short Code.

Inbound calls work and outbound long distance calls work, however the trouble is local calls.
I'm in a US locale which only requires 7 digit dialing, I can reach those numbers by dialing 1+Area Code+Number but just 9+7...

The time profiles in the AA settings were all wrong causing the AA to play a prompt previously recorded and not intended for use.
All resolved as of this morning.
@cruazades - In Partner Mode is ICR necessary for using AA? I thought the customer can determine this through set programming and what is recorded in the greeting and action prompts via the short codes and if no other AA is created then AA 1 and it's associated greetings are used by default.
I believe they are pressing 3 to save because they can hear the new greeting using the short code administration several hours later and have confirmed for each Prompt/Menu Action i.e. 7811/7841, 7821/7871, etc.
