    CCC - not enough licences?

Thanks for the replies chaps :) I'm running the CCC server on Windows 2003 R2 with no problems at all. I regularly reboot this server after every IPO reboot (probably about once every 2 weeks I guess...) Had 0 issues until I went past the licence limit. And yes I'm running old DT modules and...

    CCC - not enough licences?

Hi everyone This is a bit of a last ditch effort at sorting out a problem I have with CCC... and yes I know it's outdated and the software version I'm running on are no longer supported... I've been using this set up now for some time with zero problems however recently I'm seeing the...

    CCC Reporter - Preset Reports

Thanks hairlessupportmonkey - I've checked that the reports work fine on the CCC server itself and they do. It's only the scheduled reports that don't run. ------------------------------------------ IP Office 412 (2.1.(73)) VMPro (2.1.(73)) CCC 5.0.56 50 Licenses for CCC/Phone Manager

    CCC Reporter - Preset Reports

Hi All Hoping someone can help me here as I'm out of ideas... My CCC server died and I've had to recover it from a back up which all went well. I've installed it on a Windows 2003 R2 server with SQL 2005, imported my saved SQL data, installed CCC v5.0.68 as per the technical bulletin, and then...

    Prioritse

Hi All Probably a dumb questions here but I need to prioritise various calls to my contact centre agents. At the moment, I have agents available in multiple groups, each group may have as many as 30 DDIs going into it. I want to have my agents available in all the groups but prioritise the...

    Transfer off switch?

Mmmm...ok. Looking at it a different way, how can I use an IVR greeting and still limit the amount of calls I will place in the queue in such a way that the next call over the limit will send an engaged tone to the caller? ------------------------------------------ IP Office 412 (2.1.(73))...

    Transfer off switch?

Thanks TheTaker - yep that's what I mean. Sadly I'm not running 4.0+ software so I assume there's no way this can happen... ------------------------------------------ IP Office 412 (2.1.(73)) VMPro (2.1.(73)) CCC 5.0.56 50 Licenses for CCC/Phone Manager

    Transfer off switch?

Hi All Quick and simple problem (I hope...) I have a client who needs to have an IVR welcome message and also to set a limit on the amount of calls I accept. Ideally I would like to return a busy signal when I've reached the hunt group limit or transfer the call to a 3rd party. I know if my...

    Strange voicemail - French??

Thanks CarGoSki. Erm...(quickly runs off to add/remove programs) I've only got the installer for the IP Office Admin Suite and IP Office User Suite. (I did though just delete the files...) Where would the vmpro helper app be located - it's not in the Start/Programs or the Voicemail Pro...

    Strange voicemail - French??

An update - so far I've tried the following: 1) Checking the PCs locale settings - all uk 2) deleting every non-uk way off of the voicemail machine 3) making sure there are no errors in my config 4) checking all the locale settings on every DDI 5) checking all the locale settings on every...

    Strange voicemail - French??

Cheers CarGoSki - just checked and they are all blank. I have got somewhere though - I've noticed that one of my incoming DDI's isn't pointed to a shortcode and no fallover. when you call it you get the strange frenchman... I've also noticed that I've got 19 or so shortcodes that are 4 digits...

    announce place on queue

Hi kank In Voicemail Pro you need to add a Queue Action for which ever you need. Add this to the queued or still queued call flow and there you go. The queue ETA/Position is announced after any prompts you might record. Hope that helps! ------------------------------------------ IP Office...

    Strange voicemail - French??

Thanks Westi - I've just realised this myself so I've deleted everything except the "en" folder. I thought this evening I'd also do a complete shut down of the system to see if that helps... ------------------------------------------ IP Office 412 (2.1.(73)) VMPro (2.1.(73)) CCC 5.0.56 50...

    Strange voicemail - French??

Hi I've had an increasing amount of people in the last week claiming to have called my call centre and been answered by a recording of a french man! No idea really - all the calls are routed from IPO (ddi to shortcode) -> VM -> phantom extension ->huntgroup I'm going through all the incoming...

URGENT HELP NEEDED - forwarding with information

Thanks for all the advice guys - I'm planning on upgrqading this year to the latest release (replacing all the DT modules and handsets) so I guess I'll live with the merge issue for awhile longer... Thanks IPTMarcus for the advice on the VM port - I assume that as this is passing to a hunt...

URGENT HELP NEEDED - forwarding with information

No worries - I got round the issue by using an Assisted Transfer node instead to forward to the groups. This means I can alter the call flows in a more manageable way without needing a reboot/merge and means I can alter the information that the agent sees when answering the calls more easily...

URGENT HELP NEEDED - forwarding with information

Hi All I've a serious problem - I'm using the following call flow to deliver calls into a hunt group DDI>Shortcode>IVR>Extension (unc. forward)>Hunt group I've got various TV adverts going out that the responses are coming in on 2 DDIs and the client wants the media code to show on the agents...

    Restricting trunks/lines per DDI

Just a foot note to this in case anyone else needs to try this - you have to point the DDI straight to the hunt group (or via a phantom extension) not via voicemail otherwise it doesn't work. Instead of getting an engaged tone the call is answered then cut off...

    Restricting trunks/lines per DDI

Thanks TheTaker - just checked the docs and it does say that when the limit is reached the caller will receive an engaged tone or go to voicemail. I'm assuming then that if the hunt group voicemail is off the busy tone must be heard. Very much appreciated...
