I tried logging in this morning with the "CCMAdministrator" login and it logged straight in. The CallManager had been running over night without any changes, yet it worked without problems this morning. All appears to be fine now. Thanks everyone for your replies.

I've already tried resetting it, even though I knew the password after entering it during install only 30 minutes earlier. I must be doing something wrong (not sure if the administration account has to be enabled). Will try it again tomorrow.

It gives you the login prompt on the web interface "http://[ip]/ccmadmin", but states the login details are invalid at every attempt. Apart from during the intial installation, is it possible to change the admin username and password elsewhere, say under the IPT interface, but it didnt work...

OK, so its still not working... I have tried various jobs with different logon credentials and also tested them, which confirmed to be fine. However, im still experiencing the problems and its really starting to bug me. Really not sure where to go from here... Mike
