Yes, the action bar doesn't actually corrupt until the 5th or 6th custom button.
As a workaround I'm using 1 custom button that launches a form that displays the other custom icons but it just isn't the same :)

Oh yes, plenty of times on several different machines several times. We've used Procomm over 15+ years :)
