it took awhile but here is how i did it. i had the radiant retailer move his printers off of the 2- db-9 ports that are next to the RJ-12 ports. i believe if i remember correctly that the db-9 ports are com 2 and 3. the rj-12 ports are com 6 - 12. i used db-9 to rj-45 adapters all you need are 3...
maybe i should clarify. i am the contracted surveillance company that is attepmting to do this. i do not want to hire a sub on this job as it is i have already lost my shorts on the deal
i have radiant 1550's that I'm trying to piggy back the camera system of of the COM6 pole display output using the VSI-Pro POS box all i need is the pin out for the RJ-12 and no one at radiant will release that info.
