Using CM 5.2 with OSPC 2.51.005.053 and IP9630 sets running 3.1 firmware in telecommuter mode.
I have my Attd Console form setup for Auto Ans so that the user can answer the call with their 9630 set and not have to click on the OSPC.

Had a similar issue...I found that the Secondary Dial Tone box was checked in my ATM Line entries AND in the ARS entry. The Line entry is only for Russian or foreign system and should not be checked. Once I unchecked it in each of my ATM lines, it worked fine every time.

You could just put a forced announcement at the beginning of a VMail call route that says the message and then transfers the call into the Hunt Group for the Agents. If that is how you are using it.
If you are recording for everyone in the system (auto or manual) that wouldn't work for...
Are you using the 4 Port CO trunk modules in the processor or a T1?
There was an issue with the 4 Port CO trunk modules a good ways back...it as an issue with calls continuing to ring, but if I remembered correctly it rang ALL of the phones.
Anyway...just curious.

Release 3.2 doesn't allow you to camp on the extension waiting for the agent to get on a call.
It will only work if that person is ON a call when you dial the short code.
It works in 4.0...tested with Avaya. I have a ticket open on it myself in 3.2 and hope they can put a fix into a patch...

It does work in 3.1...however, my experience has shown that the 180 is actually 99 seconds...they didn't make it a 3 digit field somewhere...so if you put in 180 it only reads 18 and seems to NOT work..(i.e. 20 seconds is the default)...so make it 99 if you want the maximum time.
