    SGML declaration for XML 1.1

    I see there is a non-normative reference in the XML 1.0 specification to an SGML declaration for XML. Is there a similar SGML declaration for XML 1.1? If not published, is it at least possible to create one? Thanks for the help, Otto Murphy

    multicompatible linebreaks in rss documents

    I want to create an rss document with linebreaks in it that are understandable by browers and rss feed readers. I could do &lt;br&gt; -- rss clients know what to do with that -- but browsers simply display <br> and do not actually do a linebreak. Same thing with cdata. What should I do? Thanks...
