We lost data connection between Avaya Definity and the CMS, and we have lost a single 1/2 of data on the CMS, the data is still on Avaya BCMS, what is the command to summarise the report and send to the CMS.
Regards
Does anyone out there have a test document, for the IP connect system.
The document is to check the duplication, the fail over of the duplication, alarming, all interesting stuff like that.
Would appreciate your assistance
Steve
You should be able to work it out on the % occupancy, if you have a trunk group with 100 trunks and the busy hour states the % occupancy was 20%, then 20 trunks were used fully on that hour.
Steve
Why not try "Reports / Historical / Trunk Group / Busy Hour"
I think this will give you everything you need, I use it all the while for traffic management

Is it possible to stop user's logging on to cms more than once ?
We have a R3V11 Avaya CMS load: r3v11ah.h
Your help would be greatly appreciated
Steve
You can set an option on the Hunt/Skill group (RONA) Re-direct On No Answer.
If a call is presented to a group to an available agent (not auto answer) and the agent fails to answer it logs the user out and redirects the caller to the queue
MCP2000 sorry to say but you can't X port a 46xx series set, it is IP, if you need to remove the set to disconect the number, just follow the normal programming command "rem st "
All the best
