Dhivya, Follow these steps.... 1. Login as Admin of ur system or make ur ID as admin. 2. Close QTP if it opened. Check if QTPro is running in task manager. if it then end that task. 3. now go to C:\Program Files\Mercury Interactive\QuickTest Professional\bin 4. Double click on this dll...- Raj1980

Thanks Palaniselvam, for your response... I have contacted Mercury Interactive and got the problem resolved... The propblem was related to the dll files of QTP.... now it is working fine.. Thanks a lot for your support.. Raj- Raj1980

Hi, I am using QTP 8.2.. While trying to execute a script the following error was encountered "The test run cannot continue due to an unrecoverable error. Failed to run script.
