That's pretty much what I ended up doing. There was some registry info left over from my initial attempt at an install so Goldmine kept recognizing that and attempting to install in a Z drive. The install was successful after clearing everything out and I am up and running. Thanks again...

I attempted to install from a shortcut and got the same thing. I also got rid of everything GoldMine and tried to reinstall and got the same error. I have posted on the other site you recommeded. Thanks very much for your assistance.

I did try to reinstall after disconnecting the Z drive and restarting the computer, but I still get the same error message.
