    Thanks again! That was the issue, FNA was all over the map.... all good now! I wish local vendors would help, most are outright refusing support on Nortel systems and push to buy something they are affiliated with. Thank god there is a community of support left! Cheers, Jeremy

    Thanks! That makes total sense. Trying to find info on how to change CFNA on that extension... no freaking luck. Not often i need my hand held, but if you can elaborate, i would be truely greatful.

    I'm having an issue where the CP Auto Attendant only goes through the CCR if i set it to 0 rings. Any more than that and the caller is redirected to someones mailbox. I tried diabliing all operator attendant options, but it still doesn't go through the CCR. I don't know if "Business Open" is...
