This seems like a connection problem with the SQL Database. CA has tried to connect to the database using BConfig.exe but there are issues with "creating" the database. CA updated me to SP3 fixing another issue with corrupt jobs which illicited the W3491 error. Reinstall? I have seen one...
Have you solved this problem? I am new to the forum and have the same error. I have been back & forth with CA to no avail. Do I need to reinstall? Backup speed varies greatly. Can not get rid of the UUID error.

Something changed somewhere, but where? Try to VPN into the corporate LAN and we're hit with the 691 error. We didn't change anything here. Could it be the firewall?
