    Actually, I beleive the soho6 and soho6|tc are identical hardware, the 'tc' (which I assume to mean 'tunnel client') is simply a tunnel client capable soho. If by web proxy, you mean the 'web blocker' feature as watchguard calls it, that is an additional cost on top of the tc upgrade.
