    Open port in ISA

    I have a client who is switching ISP. The new ISP wants me to open port 19638. I think this is for client outbound traffic -SSL Basically what I want to know is do I create a new packet filter to open the port? Is that all I have to do? Any help very much appreciated Thanks Michael Cotter
