Hi,
Try to change the settings in your client under Tools / Options / Status, to see if the behavior changes.
Also, this might help you:

Hi,
I have tried it - works great. Probably certified soon as well.
The command looks good, but I would rather change the port in the Lync topology builder and use 5060.

Hello,
Microsoft talks about integration with OCS in three areas:
Direct SIP
Dual Forking
RCC
It is possible (or will be possible) to integrate MX-ONE in all these ways for MD110 it will probably be somewhat limited.
Direct SIP / SIP Trunk
It is possible to setup a SIP trunk toward a...
Hi,
There is a known problem with OWS Supervisor and XP. You need to open TCP port 135 and other things. There is a Service Advice published about this:

With the Windows XP SP2 some higher security patches have been added to the operating system. This will...
Hi,
CCM / CCA was phased out, but not Application Link. It should be possible to obtain it still. Service Pack 17 was released in May and a Service Pack 18 is planned.

Hi,
There is no separate "MD110 ApplicationLink 4.0 Media Kit".
The media kit you are looking for is called
MD110 Call center & Application Link (LZY 601 218)
It contains CCM / CCA / Application Link.

Hi,
You also need to configure EMG to connect to the MD110 and create the SYSTEM user:

Hi,
I have tested this feature on the MX-ONE Telephony Switch (BC13). You do need a license:
ANALOGUE-EXTENSION-CLIP FAL1046191 100 0
I am not a 100% sure but I guess it is only working with the new ELU34. No problems so far...

Hi,
I have successfully used Mobile Gateway 3.0 from Realwow (www.realwow.com) for this. I know there was a fix related to this in DNA 5.2 SP4 so make sure you are using at least that version of DNA.

Hi,
I would be very careful turing off this service.
At one site we have experienced the database repopulation (RDS Schedule 2) taking almost 2 hours to complete with ClockSynch off compared to around 15 minutes after we turned it on. It seems as RDS still needs the Ericsson Clocksynch service...
Hi,
That should most likely not be a problem. The ammount of data sent to the phones is quite small. I have done this when it comes to DNA / ECA / ECC servers and it works even though they are using IIS as well.
