I understand that IPAgent already has the automated Agent Greetings. I was refering more to using other audio programs together with IPAgent. Eg. WinAmp play music to IP Agent's caller while on a call. Is there a SDK to allow playback into IP Agent's audio stream so that both caller and callee...- salhaddad
